EXTRAORDINARY

Like an old monaco winemaker, I devote myself with dedication and competence, transmitted by my grandparents, to the cultivation of my products and the spontaneous search of the precious tubers living in silensiosi dear land. With science, culture, art and a passion spray are created food by the scents, great flavors. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena of my good friend Pier Luigi, with company located among the most beautiful hills of the Modena area, is produced from Trebbiano and Lambrusco Modenese Grasparossa choices and cured in the first person; a perfect alchemy of natural aromas and flavors that enhance, thanks to the long aging in oak barrels, the various dishes presented.

Enjoy certain beverages created with natural ingredients and intense bouquet is a must cheer the diner with an excellent wine. Always, over three generations, my friend Paolo master winemaker and producer of excellent local wines, with a company located on the Roero hills, vinified its grapes scrupulously performing the various processing steps and aging in barrels of selected woods.
